Kia Sorento Hybrid pricing now spans four trims from $39,090 to $47,590, with the new X-Line EX AWD reshaping how buyers step up the range.

Kia America has set pricing for the 2027 Sorento Hybrid, now offered in four trims. The big news is a new X-Line EX AWD, which fills the gap between the familiar EX and the loaded X-Line SX-Prestige.

The EX FWD starts at $39,090, with EX AWD at $40,890. The new X-Line EX AWD comes in at $43,090, and the X-Line SX-Prestige AWD tops the range at $47,590. All of these prices sit before Kia’s $1,495 destination charge.

Once you add that fee, a fully loaded X-Line SX-Prestige runs just under $49,100 before taxes and dealer costs.

2027 Kia Sorento Hybrid

The entry point to the 2027 Sorento Hybrid lineup is the EX FWD at $39,090, a front-wheel-drive version aimed at buyers who do not need all-wheel traction. Moving to EX AWD adds $1,800 and takes the price to $40,890 for extra grip in snow or on wet roads.

Kia kept the EX trim’s basic pricing in line with the outgoing model but added small visual tweaks. New HEV badges on the tailgate help mark every 2027 Sorento Hybrid as the gas-electric version.

Color choices for the hybrid changed as well. Pale Gray replaces Steel Gray in the Sorento Hybrid palette.

Shoppers comparing Kia hybrid SUVs now see more than a single three-row model. The Sorento Hybrid shares 2027 model year space with the new Telluride Hybrid, which arrived earlier in 2026 with its own EX-based trim walk.

The new X-Line EX AWD is where the lineup changes most. At $43,090, it sits $2,200 above the standard EX AWD and brings the X-Line blackout exterior accents and gloss-black wheels that used to require a jump to the SX-Prestige.

The X-Line SX-Prestige AWD holds the $47,590 sticker and now includes a Head-Up Display as standard gear. Earlier, that feature lived in a separate option bundle.

Every Sorento Hybrid pairs Kia’s turbo hybrid setup with a three-row interior. Your choice is between front-wheel or all-wheel drive and between EX or X-Line equipment.

Kia lists combined fuel economy in the mid-30s miles per gallon for front-wheel-drive versions, with all-wheel-drive models using a bit more gas. That keeps the hybrid well ahead of the gas-only Sorento while offering similar room for people and cargo.
