Bronco ORV upgrades bundle Fox suspension, Raptor skid plates, lighting, and warranty-backed dealer installation for select four-door models.
Ford has given Bronco shoppers a new way to buy a trail-ready SUV without touching a wrench. The Custom Garage Bronco ORV Package bundles Fox suspension, Bronco Raptor skid plates, lighting, and wheels into a single dealer-ordered option on the four-door 2026 Bronco.
The package costs $18,995 on top of the vehicle’s price and applies to select 2026 models. It carries its own warranty and leaves the Bronco’s factory coverage untouched.
Ford Bronco ORV
The mechanical core is a Fox off-road suspension kit, paired with skid and fuel-tank plates pulled straight from the Bronco Raptor. Rocker-panel trail armor protects the sills, something the Base, Big Bend, and Outer Banks trims don’t get from the factory. The kit also swaps in a modular front bumper that keeps park-assist sensors working while housing RIGID auxiliary lighting.
An auxiliary switch kit runs those lights and anything else an owner wires in later. Ford also throws in a ProCal tool from Ford Performance, a device built for data logging and loading custom calibrations rather than cosmetics.
Appearance changes ride along with the hardware: 17-inch black Weld wheels, Havoc fender flares, red tow hooks, and red grille lettering. A stealth hood decal and a smoked Ford oval round out a look meant to read as subtly tough, not show-truck loud.

The package folds in more than suspension and armor. A Borla high-clearance exhaust, a heavy-duty rear differential cover, a hydraulic hood lift, and an underhood ARB twin air compressor are all part of the $18,995 ORV package.
Eligibility runs through the four-door 2026 Bronco Base, Big Bend, and Outer Banks. The Bronco Raptor and Badlands are excluded outright. Both already ship with comparable off-road hardware from the factory.
Fitment also depends on how the specific Bronco is configured. Camera equipment, the Lux package, and whether the Sasquatch package is already fitted all affect which pieces of the ORV kit a dealer can install on a given truck.
Ford built in a safety net for buyers worried about warranty conflicts. The package carries a supplemental three-year or 36,000-mile warranty starting on the vehicle’s in-service date. A dealer or ASE-certified technician can install it without voiding the standard new-vehicle warranty.
Ford first showed the Bronco ORV setup as a Custom Garage preview build at the 2025 SEMA Show, then moved it into regular Custom Garage availability for the 2026 Bronco.
Orders go through a Ford dealer, with final pricing varying by installation charges on top of the $18,995 MSRP. Buyers should confirm labor estimates, alignment work, and any needed calibration time when they spec the package.
Ford hasn’t disclosed how many units it plans to build, only that the ORV joins a growing shelf of Custom Garage options alongside packages like the Bronco Desert Rising.
